David I. Thwaites is a Chartered Valuation Surveyor and Managing Director of the firm. He is a Member of the RICS (#0836189), an Associate of the Appraisal Institute of Chicago (#432541), and a Dealer Member of the Realtors Association of Jamaica (ID #182).
A former Director of both the Real Estate Board of Jamaica and the Strata Corporation of Jamaica, he has decades of experience across residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional property, and has served as an expert witness before the courts of Jamaica. He leads a team of registered valuers providing island-wide coverage.
